The hotel had a great location, making it easy to explore downtown Asheville, and the staff was friendly, but the valet process was cumbersome, and the coffee options could be better. The room had a comfortable bed, although the decor felt a bit outdated.

The hotel was beautifully designed and ideal, as you can expect from Asheville. Stayed in queen room which was perfect for me. The hotel had a central location and it was right at Boutique Lp. Stores and interesting independent stores were right next door. It was a GREAT experience.

A very modern hotel with good facilities - especially parking and well- equipped rooms. Located close to centre of Asheville - 5 minutes walk
It is located right next to a busy freeway, so traffic noise is a problem as most of the rooms face in that direction. Staff unable to help much with this as the hotel was apparently fully booked.

A convenient yet frustrating stay
The location was perfect, just a short stroll to downtown Asheville, filled with vibrant shops and eateries. Our room was spacious and had a lovely view of the mountains.
Parking was a hassle, as we had an issue with scratches on our rental car after valet service. The communication about damages was annoyingly poor.

I liked everything about the stay. Clean room, friendly staff, good food, great atmosphere, downtown shopping, near the theatre & Biltmore Estate. The bed was very comfortable and the shower huge!!
